- Crab Benedict – roasted cherry tomatoes, asparagus, arugula, dill hollandaise sauce, rustic sourdough. choice of: breakfast potatoes, fruit or salad
- Berry French Toast – vanilla berry cream, mixed berries strawberry couli, luxardo cherries, tahini vanilla cream, white chocolate pearls
- Slow-Braised Lamb Ragu -pappardelle pasta, tomato, mushroom english peas, parmesan cheese
